Prices quoted by Travelify may depend on availability, supplier pricing, exchange rates, taxes, service fees and other applicable charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- A quotation is not a confirmed booking.
- Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
- Applicable taxes and service charges will be communicated as part of the quotation or payment process.
- Advance payment or full payment may be required depending on the service.
- Payment must be completed using the authorised payment method communicated by Travelify.
A payment receipt alone does not necessarily establish that a supplier has confirmed the requested service. Customers should wait for the relevant confirmation.
5. Flights
Flight services are subject to airline rules and conditions.
Flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, check-in requirements, seat availability and other conditions are determined by the airline.
Airlines may change schedules, cancel flights or introduce operational restrictions.
Customers are responsible for checking travel documents, reporting times, baggage rules and airline requirements before departure.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable airline fare rules and booking conditions.
6. Hotels
Hotel reservations are subject to the accommodation provider’s policies and confirmation.
Room categories, occupancy limits, meal plans, check-in and check-out times, deposits, taxes and cancellation rules may vary by property.
Special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, connecting rooms and specific room preferences, are subject to hotel confirmation.
Travelify cannot guarantee requests that have not been expressly confirmed by the accommodation provider.
7. Holidays and Tour Packages
Holiday packages may include different combinations of accommodation, transport, sightseeing, transfers, meals and activities.
The exact inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, payment schedule and cancellation conditions will be communicated in the relevant quotation or package confirmation.
Itineraries may be affected by weather, operational restrictions, local regulations, supplier changes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any material changes to a confirmed arrangement will be communicated to the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
8. Visa Assistance
Travelify may provide administrative guidance and assistance with visa-related documentation and application processes.
Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government department.
Travelify does not guarantee visa approval, processing time, appointment availability or entry into any country.
Customers are responsible for providing genuine and accurate documents and meeting the requirements of the relevant authorities.
Visa fees, application fees and service charges may be non-refundable, depending on the relevant authority and service conditions.
9. Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund requests are governed by the applicable airline, hotel, tour operator, visa provider or other supplier terms.
Travelify will communicate the applicable conditions and assist with the process where possible.
Any refund due will be subject to supplier approval, applicable deductions, payment processing arrangements and the terms communicated at the time of booking.

10. Customer Conduct
Customers agree not to:
